A full set of plans consists of a detailed dimensioned floorplan, roof plan, front/rear/left/right elevations, foundation plan and all associated details. We do not provide Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing as a part of our standard drawing package. (Those layouts are available. Please ask for more details) Cost is based upon total square footage under roof. Please contact us with all the details you have on your project, and we will in turn provide you with a cost estimate before work begins.
A remodel/addition receives the same set of plans that a new construction receives (floorplan/roof/elevations/foundation). However, because of complexity, remodels and additions are charged by the hour. Please contact us with all the details you have, and we will in turn provide you with a cost estimate. If an on-site visit is required, we will schedule it at this time as well.
